Coor has specialist competence in four segments: workplace services (soft FM), property services (hard FM), industrial services and strategic advisory services. In a press release on 22 May 2015, Coor reported that it would be separating its industrial services business from the rest of the facility management operation. It simultaneously issued a letter of intent to consider the potential for an IPO of the facility management operation (Coor Service Management Holding AB) on Nasdaq Stockholm in the second quarter of 2015.

Coor assumes great responsibility for its business with customers, but also towards employees, suppliers, the environment and wider society. The company (excl. the industrial services operations) has some 6,600 employees mainly located in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, and annual sales of some SEK 7,200 m (rolling 12 months).
