From 21 December 2007 we have new owners – venture capital company Cinven.

On 31 October 2007 Cinven Ltd officially announced that it had acquired Coor Service Management from venture capital company 3i. Following the customary scrutiny by the relevant competition authorities, the deal was finalised on 21 December 2007.

Cinven in brief

Cinven was established in 1977 and has since grown into one of the leading investors in the European buyout market. The company is headquartered in London and specialises in large companies in mature sectors. In addition to Coor Service Management Cinven has acquired the other Nordic companies Phadia and Ahlsell.
