Can service be intelligent?

That’s an interesting question. At Coor we believe that service can absolutely be intelligent, if the goal of the service process is to add a clearly definable value to the client’s core business.

If service in the private and public sectors can be made more efficient and leave the clients more time and money to focus on their core operations, thereby helping them become more competitive, then service is intelligent, says Mats Jönsson, President at Coor Service Management.
