Coor Service Management - new services provider for Atlas Copco

Coor Service Management has secured a contract with Atlas Copco against stiff competition. This contract involves Coor delivering workplace services at Atlas Copco’s new premises with some 800 staff in Nacka, Stockholm.

The agreement with Atlas Copco was signed after tendering against stiff competition from other FM companies. The assignment involves Coor delivering and developing workplace services at Atlas Copco’s offices some housed in all-new premises in Nacka. The agreement has a total value of some SEK 21 m and runs for three years.

This demonstrates that we can transform our customers’ standards of service into tailored solutions for each customer. This engagement covers FM delivery, monitoring and development,” commented Bengt Håkansson, Vice President of Coor in Sweden.

FM delivery to Atlas Copco will primarily be conducted by Coor staff and subcontractors. The assignment may be extended to cover more Atlas Copco facilities.

Atlas Copco is a market leader in compressors, mining and civil engineering equipment, and industrial tools. Coor is already a supplier to some of Sweden’s biggest corporations, delivering workplace, property and industrial services.
