Our clients place high demands on quality, efficiency and delivery reliability, and to ensure our service delivery meets these requirements we have chosen to certify our operation to ISO standards for quality and the environment. We also fulfil the requirements regarding relevant standards in a number of important service and product areas.
Quality-certified operation
Coor has developed a standardised service delivery process which guarantees a professional, quality-assured service delivery, but which can also be adapted to each individual client. This service delivery process, along with the related delivery database, description of recommended working methods, tools and templates etc., is available in a management system (“Universum”) developed by Coor on the company’s intranet.
Universum is the backbone of Coor’s quality work, which is examined and audited by the external certification companies Det Norske Veritas in Sweden (including Belgium) and Finland, and the National Institute of Technology’s System Certification service in Norway. Our operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.

Environmentally certified operation
Coor’s operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark are certified in accordance with ISO 14001. The operations have been revised by the external certification companies Det Norske Veritas in Sweden (including Belgium) and Finland, Bureau Veritas in Denmark and the National Institute of Technology’s System Certification service in Norway.

Cleaning
Coor’s Swedish operation is an authorised cleaning supplier in accordance with Almega Service Contractors. This means we have undertaken to follow Almega’s guidelines for cleaning deliveries, whether provided by Coor itself or through subcontractors.

Welding
Coor’s operation in Finspång is certified in accordance with SS-EN ISO 3834-2. This is an international standard that includes quality requirements on the activities carried out in connection with one of the most common forms of welding – fusion welding of metallic materials.
