The market for outsourced FM services
All operations can be divided between core operations and support. Support operations are all the operationally related services that support a company’s or public body’s core business and support operations can be provided in-house or outsourced to external FM suppliers.
Traditionally, support operations are usually divided into five services segments:

Property services (also known as hard FM services)

e.g. reception, restaurants, mail management

e.g.: industrial cleaning, component services, waste management

Back office services

Support operations can be provided in-house or outsourced to external FM suppliers. Coor is active on the market for outsourced FM services in the segment known as service management (or sometimes integrated facilities management, IFM). Coor delivers services provided on site with the customer exclusively.
