Transfer of service personnel

In theory, almost all new instances of cooperation involve us assuming responsibility for service personnel previously employed by your company. As service is our core activity, a lot of people regard the transfer as a positive step. We have even heard new employees describe the experience as “coming home”.
Coor Service Management actively encourages skills development for all employees, and for new employees we have a special introductory programme that is very much appreciated within the company. We also carry out regular surveys among employees (NMI) to ensure personnel-related issues are being handled correctly.
