Each customer has their own contact who is responsible for the entire delivery. We constantly follow up on the technical, quality and financial aspects of our work.
We review work performed for our customers through regular structured ‘audits’, where we discuss the deliveries and any adjustments. We often put forward suggestions that could further improve or streamline such work. We survey, listen, improve and take responsibility. In order to find out what customers actually think of the services provided by Coor, each year the company conducts surveys of its customers’ employees (Customer satisfaction index).
Structured delivery follow-up work makes it easy to be a Coor customer. We take full responsibility for tactical and operative work, while the customer makes any strategic decisions. Put simply, the customer makes the final decision – then we ensure that the work gets done.
