It’s important that new employees feel at home in the company and that the service provided to the customer is not disrupted when we assume responsibility. Following the transfer, we hold information meetings, induction days and one-to-one interviews. All new employees get to play the company game Polstjärnan (the Pole Star), which looks at running a company in the service management sector. The aim is to increase understanding of business operations in a relaxed atmosphere and also to allow new colleagues to get to know each other.
