Increase your service knowledge

In order to facilitate integration into Coor and develop the service knowledge of our employees, we have produced training for all employees – Coor Service School.

As we have a broad range of operations both in terms of sectors and geographical distribution, we want to use this training to create a uniform view of service functions and working methods. We also want to increase the potential for an internal exchange of knowledge between
different contracts and regions.

Popular training

Over 2,500 staff took the Coor Service School—Basic induction package in 2006. Course evaluations show that training is very popular – a total of 98 per cent think that the training is good or very good.

Attractive advanced training

Advanced training packages, focusing on our service provision and customer encounters, has been prepared in addition to basic training. This package has also been very well received.

Continuous professional training

Apart from the broad-based packages offered in Coor Service School, Coor staff also get the opportunity to develop their professional skills through specific training packages. Needs are discussed in forums including annual appraisal interviews, which all Coor employees receive.
