Customised manager training

Coor Business School is a training programme for all the company’s managers and specialists. Coor has a broad range of operations both in terms of sectors and geographical distribution. The aim of the training is to create a uniform view of service functions and working methods, as well as clarify what it means to be a manager at Coor. We also want to provide an opportunity for the internal exchange of knowledge within the company.

The content and structure of the training takes Coor’s operations as its starting point, both in terms of examples and exercises. Coor Business School has been designed to our own specifications and is entirely adapted to our activities.

Basic training

Coor Business School offers a basic training package for all the company’s managers and specialists. The package runs for six days, divided into two sections, and has been very well received. Since the training begun in 2003, over 500 Coor managers and specialists have taken this package.

Advanced training

Coor Business School also offers voluntary advanced packages in segments important for positive, evolving leadership. These advanced packages are also tailored for Coor and our service provision.
