Coor Service Management actively encourages skills development for all employees, and for new employees we have a special introductory programme.
At Coor we think that you, as an employee, can develop both professionally and on a personal level. Together with their immediate manager, each employee draws up a personal development plan. This may include elements such as an amended way of working or customised training.
