Operational goals 2008

In order to achieve the overall goal, each year the company sets operational goals in four main areas: finance, customers, service delivery and employees.

The common goals are then broken down and revised by each business unit, within each contract and at each working group (site). In this way, the work of each working group is linked to the company’s overall goals, and everyone focuses on the same goals.

Finance

In the field of finance we place particular emphasis on profitability and growth. Separate goals are set for the categories of profit, cash flow and turnover. Financial goals are followed up each month.

Client/Market

It is important that Coor has satisfied clients who feel that we constantly develop our delivery and proactively suggest delivery improvements. Coor sets goals for and follows up the internal improvement process, as well as our clients’ perception of Coor as a service supplier. In addition, targets are set for sales work. The market and client-related goals are followed up once a year.

Service Delivery

We continuously strive to develop our delivery with emphasis on quality and the environment. Goals are set for delivery satisfaction and environmental index. The Group also has special purchasing goals to ensure efficient development of procurement issues. These goals are followed up once a year.

Employees

Dedicated, motivated employees with an understanding of our business and delivery are absolutely crucial to our success. An active approach to promoting employee satisfaction and development is therefore important for Coor Service Management. Goals for employee satisfaction (SEI – Satisfied Employee Index) and the working environment (WEI – Working Environment Index) are set and followed up once a year.
