Coor puts the customer first and tailors the delivery organization for each customer and their need. Since Coor is an independent supplier we are more flexible in the selection of collaboration partners. The origin of every collaboration is a clear and flexible contract that allows for changes over time.

For each customer unique and relevant KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are defined and continuously followed up and reported in a structured manner. Some examples of common KPI’s are consumption of media, surface utilization, response times, accuracy, coffee consumption, number of improvement suggestions and customer satisfaction. Through our delivery monitoring portal, Coor Performance Portal, customers can follow up on KPI’s easily and comprehensibly in real time.
