Property services - Hard FM
Property services are also known as hard FM services. Some examples are: property management, energy optimisation and security systems
Workplace services - Soft FM
Workplace services are also known as soft FM services. Some examples are: reception, restaurants, mail management
Production services
Some examples are: industrial cleaning, component services, waste management
Back office services
Some examples are: payroll management, administration
IT services
Support operations can be provided in-house or outsourced to external FM suppliers. Coor is active on the market for outsourced FM services in the segment known as service management (or sometimes integrated facilities management, IFM). Coor delivers services provided on site with the customer exclusively.
