Who is Mikael Stöhr?
Mikael Stöhr is the new CEO of Coor. Here's a brief profile of Mikael, which will be followed by a longer interview in the next issue.

Where have you been working before Coor?
I've been CEO and President of logistics company Green Cargo, which runs domestic and international rail freight, since 2009. The business has sales of some SEK 6.5 billion and about 2,500 staff. It's a really exciting business and market. Green Cargo primarily delivers to Swedish Basic industries, and its biggest customers include SCA, Outokumpu, SSAB and Stora Enso.
I enjoy a high tempo and I like it when there's a lot happening.
What did you do before that?
I've got a fairly broad industrial and services background, and have held various positions in Sweden and foreign countries (mainly Russia). I started my career as an attorney at law firm Mannheimer Swartling, and later as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. After a few years heading up the Swedish Trade Council in Russia, I moved to the Axel Johnson group (a Swedish-owned multinational trading and services group) where I held various management positions, most recently as President and CEO of Axindustries. In 2009, I moved from that position to become President and CEO of Green Cargo.
What are your distinguishing personal qualities?
That's a hard one to answer yourself, but I'd probably think I'm viewed as an energetic and driven person—and maybe a bit impatient sometimes. I enjoy a high tempo and I like it when there's a lot happening.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like to spend my free time with family and friends. I love reading, especially historical books. I also try to play golf, though unfortunately not as often as I'd like. I'm putting a lot of time into the family's summerhouse we bought in Skanör recently, which we're restoring and furnishing.
