We’re now approaching the New Year, and though we’re satisfied with what we’ve achieved in 2013, we know that 2014 can be even better. In fact, we’re so sure that we’ve made four New Year’s resolutions aimed at our customers. Find out more about them in this issue of Nova. Our vision is to be the obvious choice for customers and employees who want to work with a service management company. In order to succeed in this, we need to have an attractive offering as a supplier and an employer. We also need to be sensitive to how we're perceived—what we do well and what can be improved on.

Our regular, group-wide surveys are important tools for understanding how we're perceived. While we try to be receptive to views raised during our ongoing dialogues with customers and employees, the surveys are a valuable guide to help us focus on the right things. We completed a new survey in the fall, and we're presenting the collated results in this issue of Nova. I'd like to thank all the customers and employees who took time out of their busy schedules to contribute to the survey.

Before the end of the year, we'll be launching a new product range of smart concepts. We've packaged our most popular concepts so that everyone can easily benefit from efficient and up-to-date solutions that make the most of resources and funds. These win-win solutions make life easier for service users, clients and our own FM staff.

As many of you already know, our head office moved to Kista outside Stockholm a month ago. The new premises mean that we now practice what we preach with fully flexible, activity-based workstations. You'll be able to read more about the new offices in the next issue of Nova, but if you're passing by, just pop in and say hello. I'll put the coffee on.
