Skanska extends service agreement with Coor Service Management

Coor Service Management has once again been entrusted to provide operational service for Skanska in Solna, Göteborg and Malmö. The renewed order runs for five years and is worth in the region of SEK 300 million.

The renewed agreement means that Coor will continue to provide workplace and property-related services for Skanska's own offices in Solna, Göteborg and Malmö to the same extent as before. Coor is currently responsible for service for some 1,400 Skanska employees and an area of approximately 40,000 square metres. There is also a mutual interest in developing the agreement and the delivery.

Our shared ambition is to continue intensifying our improvement efforts to ensure the service functions support Skanska' operation and personnel in the best way possible," says Staffan Ebenfelt, President of Coor Service Management in Sweden.

Some of the services included in the agreement are reception and conference services, cleaning, security and caretaking services.

"We want to work with a service provider who can help develop the service to Skanska's employees well and competitively.
