Coor Service Management expands co-operation with client outside of the Nordic region

Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a new three-year agreement with one of its clients. The agreement means that Coor will deliver workplace and property-related services to the company's offices in Budapest.

Coor has been delivering workplace and property-related services to the client's offices in Sweden and the wider Nordic region for a couple of years. Now the co-operation is being extended further in a new agreement, whereby Coor will deliver services to two offices in Budapest, Hungary. The contract will begin in the first quarter of 2010 and will run for three years.

"We are very proud about the increased scope of our assignment. Our strategy is to build a strong position in the Nordic region, while we can also deliver services in other countries for clients upon request," says Staffan Ebenfelt, President of Coor Service Management in Sweden.

The contract encompasses services for 1,200 people who work at the sites, as well as services related to the workplace and the building. The services in question include security, cleaning, waste management, ventilation and reception. Coor will carry out the service delivery using subcontractors and its own personnel. New personnel will be recruited locally.
