Coor Service Management signs partnership agreement with Vasakronan

Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a four-year partnership agreement with property company Vasakronan. The agreement enables Coor to deliver services to Vasakronan and all its customers according to a special concept developed jointly by the parties.

Vasakronan is Sweden's biggest property company with a portfolio worth in the region of SEK 73 billion. In order to add value for its customers, Vasakronan has worked with Coor Service Management to develop a new service concept for Vasakronan's customers. The partnership agreement means that Coor will be able to deliver the services comprised within the concept to Vasakronan's customers across Sweden. The agreement also entails that Coor will develop and deliver joint property-related services to Vasakronan.
