Coor Service Management - new restaurant services initiative

Coor has a new strategy for the restaurants it operates itself. This means Coor will be developing a proprietary food and drink concept. The new concept will be launched with its own product branding.

Coor is currently a major vendor of restaurant services to corporations on the Nordic market. It operates restaurants itself and through subcontractors at some 80 workplace sites across the Nordics. This business includes staff and diners' restaurants, conference catering, takeaway products and cafes.

Coor has a new strategy for the restaurants it operates itself. This means that Coor will be developing a proprietary food and drink concept, which is intended to be internationally viable with the capacity for local adaptation. This concept involves new guidelines for food, drink and customer care, and will be launched with its own product branding.

Coor is also enhancing its competence by hiring Arne Ericson and Anders Östman, both of whom possess longterm experience of customer and operational issues in restaurants and cafes. Arne is joining Coor from Sodexo, where he worked on restaurant development. Anders has left a senior position with Fazer Food Services.

Alongside current restaurant services staff, Arne and Anders will develop and execute Coor's new strategy for its proprietary restaurants.

Coor currently operates 40 restaurants itself in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
