Coor extends partnership with ICA
Coor Service Management has signed a new agreement with northern European food provider ICA to deliver and develop services at all the company's offices and logistics facilities in Sweden. This agreement has a three-year term and has a total value of SEK 174 m.
This new agreement will mean Coor continuing to deliver and develop a large number of hard and soft FM services to ICA. The new agreement has a three-year term and consists of a fixed subscription plus supplementary services ordered as required. The fixed subscription has a total value of SEK 174 m.
Coor's mission for the new contract period is to assure high reliability at ICA's logistics facilities and to deliver services proactively and cost-efficiently.

Services will be delivered to all ICA's 14 offices and logistics facilities in Sweden—Arlöv, Borlänge, Borås, Helsingborg, Solna, Sundbyberg, Kallhäll, Kallebäck, Kungälv, Umeå, Västerås (Mimer and Hacksta), Linköping and Årsta. Services in the new agreement include reception services, meeting and conference services, mail, parcels and freight management, cleaning, security services and hard FM.
"We want a service provider that understands the complexity of our business and can tailor service delivery to how our needs change over time. So far, Coor has easily satisfied our standards, so we're choosing them for another contract period," said Stefan Gideskog, Head of Facilities Management, ICA Sweden.
Coor has been ICA's service partner since 2006, when it entered its first agreement.
