Vasakronan extends contract with Coor Service Management

Real estate firm Vasakronan AB is extending its service contract with Coor Service Management for another two years.

Vasakronan is Sweden's largest landlord, managing and developing centrally located office and retail premises in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala, Malmö and Lund. Its collaboration with Coor started in 2009, and involves Coor delivering and developing office and retail services for Vasakronan and its tenants. The agreement covers services with a yearly value of some SEK 150 m, which has been extended for another two years.

The services delivered include office services, reception services, the operation of restaurants and conference facilities. The services are delivered at Vasakronan's offices and real estate, and to Vasakronan's tenants.
