Our objective is to manage and develop our customer's real estates and premises from an overall and long term perspective, where functionality, environmental considerations and finances interact, based on customer-specific wants and needs.
Coor currently manages some 13,935,456 sq.m. of real estate throughout the Nordics and has long-term experience of different types of real estate, interfacing with landlords and tenants across a raft of sectors.
Broad-based, in-depth competence
Our services portfolio covers the operation and maintenance of buildings, the care and maintenance of outdoor environments, optimizing and rationalizing energy consumption, damage control and repairs, as well as financial and administrative management. We also bring our management expertise to bear back in the project planning and execution phases of construction projects to ensure optimal functionality, environmental considerations and finance right through real estate lifecycles.
We possess broad-based competence in real estate services. We divide our services into five main groups:
This includes inspection, care, remedial and scheduled maintenance of buildings and their plant, including on-call and call-out services. In addition we offer planting, care and maintenance of landscaping, snow clearance and anti-skid treatments. We also conduct regulatory end condition inspections, and help our customers produce management strategies and plans right through real estate life-cycles. In our operation, we use state-of-the-art technical solutions, like robots and Smart Drones.
Energy optimization and rationalization
This service includes energy optimization of existing building plant and energy rationalizations by installing new technology. Our Energistyrkort (‘energy control card’), helps customers to strike the right balance between energy consumption, energy costs and environmental impact.
Damage control and repair
This service includes cleanups and repairs after water incursion, fire, mold damage or vermin. We conduct specialist damage control assignments according to applicable instructions and standards governing management and equipment. We offer call service around the clock, every day of the year.
Administrative and financial management
Services in this group include ongoing accounting admin, budgeting, measurement and reporting, taxation, duties and reporting to regulators. We also conduct premises lettings, lease contract admin, and manage contacts with landlords or tenants, including fault reporting and ongoing information.
This includes tenant adaptations and installation projects in segments including electrical power, telecom, plumbing and sewage, ventilation, cooling, control and monitoring systems. Through active participation in a series of PPPs, we also possess the capability and experience to set standards for, and propose the selection of, plant installations, building materials, control and maintenance systems from a long-term management perspective.
