Coor is committed to safeguarding your personal data. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our digitally hosted investor events, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

When you register for Videosync’s Investor Relations (IR) events (provided by Inderes), we ask you to provide your full name and email address. In addition, your IP address will be collected automatically when you use the services. By submitting the registration form and participating in the IR events, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes outlined in this privacy statement. 

Your consent is the legal basis for the processing and potential transfer of your personal data to third countries. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@coor.com, though withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to participate in the IR events. 

Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. 

What is the Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data? 

Your personal data is required in order for us to be able to register you for the IR event, enable your participation in the event, send you information related to the event, send you marketing and communication material and ensure the technical delivery, security, and proper functioning of the service. 

Type of Data Collected 

The types of personal data that may be collected and processed in connection with Videosync’s IR events include: 

  • IP address: Collected automatically when you access theVideosyncservice. 
  • Full name: Collected when you enter your details during registration.
  • Email address: Collected when you provide it during registration.
  • Other information: Anyadditionalinformation you may voluntarily provide via the registration form or during the event. 

No sensitive personal data is intentionally collected. The information is limited to what is necessary for registration, participation, communication, and the technical operation of the service. 

Identity or Categories of Recipients 

Your personal data may be accessed or processed only by those parties who need the information in order to organise, deliver, or support the IR event. This may include: 

  • Coor Service Management Holding AB: Theorganisationresponsible for hosting the IR event, who acts as the data controller. 
  • Authorisedpersonnel: Employees or representatives of Coor Service Management Holding AB and its affiliates involved in the organisation and administration of the event. 
  • Service provider:InderesAB (including Videosync), acting as data processor on behalf of Coor Service Management Holding AB, and any other service providers involved in the technical operation, maintenance, or support of the IR event or the Videosync platform. These service providers only process data on the instructions of Coor Service Management Holding AB and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
  • Authorities: Where required by law, your data may bedisclosedto government authorities or other parties as stipulated by applicable legislation. 

Your personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes without your express consent. 

Countries to Which Personal Data is Transferred 

Your personal data is primarily processed and stored within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). In connection with the organisation and technical operation of the IR event, your personal data may be transferred to, or processed in, other countries. These may include, among others, Australia, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the USA. Transfers to countries such as Australia and the United States involve jurisdictions that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission, meaning they are not deemed to provide an equivalent level of data protection to that within the EU/EEA. 

If your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Coor Service Management Holding AB will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Such safeguards may include the use of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms. If your personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection (as determined by the European Commission), there is a risk that foreign authorities may require access to your personal data under local legislation. In such cases, your rights and legal remedies regarding your personal data may be more limited than within the EU/EEA. 

 

Storing of data 

The personal data you provide when registering is stored for a maximum of 12 months. Recordings of financial presentations – including sound from participant’s questions being asked - are saved 24 months. 

 

Identity of the Data Controller 

The data controller is responsible for the processing of your personal data in connection with Videosync’s IR events.
