We listen to our customers

Coor executes an extensive customer satisfaction survey each year. Its results are an important tool in our work on continuously developing and improving our operations and delivery.

The survey gets underway on 12 September, continues until 2 Oktober inclusive, and is executed with the help of an independent research company. We really appreciate the recipients of our survey taking the time to provide valuable feedback on us as a supplier.

Our questions deal with segments like relationships, follow-ups, care, and obviously, service delivery.

We analyze and follow up the results at several levels within Coor—from group to country level, customer and service level, and this gives crucial input for our work on setting operational targets for forthcoming financial years.
