Change in number of shares and votes in Coor Service Management

As a result of the bonus issue and the new share issue carried out by Coor Service Management Holding AB in connection with the recent initial public offering, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 45,485,589 since the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. As at June 30, 2015, there are in total 95,812,022 shares and votes in Coor Service Management Holding AB.

As a result of the bonus issue and the new share issue carried out by Coor Service Management Holding AB in connection with the recent initial public offering, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 45,485,589 since the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

As at June 30, 2015, there are in total 95,812,022 shares and votes in Coor Service Management Holding AB.
