Coor completes acquisition of Veolia Technical Management
The 19th of July 2021, Coor announced that it had signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of the assets in the business area Veolia Technical Management, part of Veolia Sverige AB. The acquisition has been approved by the Competition Authority. The transaction has been completed as of 30 September 2021.
