What should a good service management provider be like?
Nova asked one of Sweden’s largest clients, Stefan Gideskog of northern European food provider ICA.
A good service management provider is really familiar with the customer's operations and needs. This enables it to act quickly when incidents occur, but also to propose rationalization and cost savings measures. Thus, one prerequisite is being present on site, and in operations. Patrolling the site to proactively prevent faults and failures, and to rectify those that have already occurred quickly.
