Alecta chooses Coor Service Management

Following a procurement process, Coor has won an order to deliver property-related service to occupational pension company Alecta. The agreement comes into force on January 1, 2007 and encompasses properties in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö.

The contract encompasses a total area of 590,000 square metres, which equates to roughly half of Alecta's property holding. The order runs for three years and is worth in the region of SEK 60 million.
