Anders Narvinger new Chairman of the Board for Coor Service Management

On 21 May Anders Narvinger will become the new Chairman of the Coor Service Management Board of Directors.

In December 2007 the Coor group came under new ownership – venture capital company Cinven Ltd. The acquisition entailed certain adjustments on the Board, and this process will be finalised in connection with the company's AGM on 21 May with the appointment of Anders Narvinger as Chairman.

"I look forward to the challenge of being Coor's Board Chairman. Coor is a very exciting company on a rapidly growing market. Coor is the market leader for integrated service solutions and has an impressive client portfolio. The company's operation – managing and developing clients' operational support to optimise the clients' core business – is needed in all sectors, particularly in industry," says Anders Narvinger, who will soon take up the position of Chairman of the Board for Coor Service Management.

Anders Narvinger is independent both of the company and of the owners. The Board is also comprised of four ordinary members elected by the AGM, of whom a further one (Bernt Magnusson) is independent, two represent the owner (Hugh Langmuir and Magnus Hildingsson) and one represents the company (President and Group CEO Mats Jönsson).
