Coor Service Management wins new order from NetCom in Norway

Coor Service Management has signed a five-year agreement with Norwegian mobile operator NetCom. The contract will see Coor taking over responsibility for the client's workplace and property-related services in Norway while NetCom reduces its service costs by approximately 20%.

NetCom is Norway's second largest mobile operator. For Coor the contract entails providing workplace and property-related services for NetCom's 600 employees, as well as facility management and maintenance for a total area of 15,000 square metres. The order runs for five years and is worth in excess of three digit million figure SEK. As part of the agreement, Coor is guaranteeing NetCom a cost saving of 20%.

"We chose Coor because they understood NetCom's operation and needs. We want our personnel to enjoy good service, while we also want to streamline and save money. We need a flexible service provider that can quickly adapt to our needs. Moreover, due to its size Coor can negotiate far better prices for purchases than NetCom," says August Baumann, President of NetCom.

The service delivery for NetCom will encompass facility management and maintenance, as well as property-related services such as conference service, relocation and furnishing, mail and goods management, staff catering, cleaning and security services.

"For Coor this is an important order from a Norwegian company with a strong brand. We are proud to be chosen by NetCom, a company in constant development that is continuously seeking out the best possible solutions," says Freddy Eriksen, Business Unit President for Coor in Norway.
