Skanska renews its confidence in Coor Service Management
Coor Service Management has extended its agreement with Skanska Kommersiell Utveckling Norden AB by three years. The agreement covers delivery of property-related service for just over 250,000 square metres of administrative real estate. The order is estimated to be worth approximately SEK 15 million a year.
Skanska Kommersiell Utveckling Norden AB initiates, develops and invests in commercial real estate.
In addition the company owns a number of administrative properties in Sweden, and since 2000 it has transferred responsibility for technical administration in large parts of its real estate portfolio to Coor Service Management.

The delivery includes responsibility for carrying out and developing ongoing technical administration and planned maintenance.
