Coor Service Management in new agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle

Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a two-year agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle. The agreement means Coor will be delivering operation and maintenance in some of the real estate Jones Lang LaSalle manages.

Jones Lang LaSalle offers specialist advice on real estate-related services for Swedish and international owners, investors and tenants. This agreement between Coor and Jones Lang LaSalle involves Coor taking responsibility for operations and maintenance in buildings and installations in real estate that Jones Lang LaSalle manages in Stockholm, Malmö and Växjö. The agreement is worth some SEK 10 m per year.

This partnership involves Jones Lang LaSalle operational staff being offered employment with Coor Service Management.
