Upgraded support system for improved service delivery

Coor Service Management is investing in an upgraded support system which will be introduced throughout the Nordic operation.

Since starting up 10 years ago, Coor Service Management has developed into the Nordic region's leading supplier of integrated services. The company aims to provide the market's most refined offering. To further improve its delivery, the company is investing in upgraded, more modern system support – IBM's Maximo version 7.1 Service Provider. Coor currently uses Maximo for query handling, maintenance planning, purchasing and follow-up of the service delivery.

"The new version of Maximo will enable us to streamline our service delivery while increasing the quality of follow-up for our clients," says Karoliina Callavik, Head of Service Development at Coor Service Management.

The system will be progressively rolled out throughout the Nordic region in 2009-2010.

"We expect the new system to generate direct and indirect savings which will exceed the total cost within three years," says Karoliina Callavik.
