New Board member joins Coor Service Management
Brian Linden is replacing Hugh Langmuir as an ordinary member of Coor Service Management's Board of Directors.
Hugh Langmuir has been made a Managing Partner of Cinven Ltd., and accordingly, is leaving his position as a Board member of Coor Service Management. At an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) on 24 February, Brian Linden (Cinven) was appointed as Hugh Langmuir's successor.
Brian Linden, born in 1956, is a partner of Cinven Ltd. Brian has a degree from Greenwich University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Ac-countants. Apart from his Directorship of Coor, Brian is also a Board member of Truvo and the Cinven Group.
Apart from Brian Linden, the other members of Coor Service Management's Board are Magnus Hildingsson (owner's representative), Mats Jönsson (CEO of Coor Service Management), Anders Narvinger (Chairman), Bernt Magnusson and employee representatives.
