Coor expands collaboration with Volvo Cars in Belgium

The agreement applies to FM services at Volvo Cars' manufacturing and office site at Gent, Belgium. The assignment includes responsibility for cleaning, interior fittings (such as carpets and towels) and pest control at the site.

This new agreement extends the collaboration with Volvo Cars. Coor is
already responsible for industrial services such as process cleaning and machinery maintenance, but has not delivered soft FM services to Volvo Cars in Belgium previously.

"We're really pleased about this new agreement, which is a big break-through for our business in Belgium. We also view this new agreement as evidence that we satisfy Volvo Cars' high quality standards. We've conducted a review of current FM delivery alongside the customer, and specified how it can develop. We've benefited from our substantial aggregate competence in cleaning," commented Joeri Vanderwee, Account Manager for Coor in Belgium.

Volvo Cars extended its agreement for machinery maintenance at its Olof-ström plant at the end of the previous year, as well as the development and delivery of a raft of soft FM services (such as cleaning, relocation services, office materials and internal and external waste management) at Volvo Cars' offices and manufacturing plant in Gothenburg, Sweden.
