Coor Service Management hires Business Developer in workspace management
Coor Service Management has hired a business developer with a special focus on workspace management. This hiring means Coor strengthening its advisory profile in this segment, one of its fastest growing right now.
Workspace management is a segment gaining increasing focus in recent years. Workspace management is an advisory service that optimizes the premises and resources of an operation, in terms of designing office space and its usage, as well as well-functioning soft FM, but also in terms of employee well-being and effectiveness. Contemporary offices are not a universal solution, but a well-tailored, flexible environment that focuses on the needs of its operation, is necessary. Recent research shows that this doesn't just provide area-efficient environments, but also healthier and more satisfied people.
To extend its leadership in this segment, Coor has hired a new Business Developer focusing on workspace management, Fredrik Eng. Fredrik joins Coor from architecture firm Strategisk Arkitektur, where he was an Architect. He possesses substantial competence in office design and the specific challenges of shaping such environments.
"With this position, we are complementing our knowledge profile in workspace management and can now deliver our customers a more complete advisory service in this segment," commented Karin Back, Manager Operations Development at Coor Service Management.
Fredrik Eng took up his position in the summer at Coor's head office in Solna, near Stockholm, Sweden.
