Coor Service Management acquires Addici

Addici is a Nordic FM provider with core competence in soft FM, security, cleaning, telephony, hard FM and documentation services. The company's sales are some SEK 1,000 m, and it has 1,300 staff, mainly in Sweden, but also in Norway, Finland and Denmark.

"Addici is a well-managed company that is a good complement to Coor's business, mainly in integrated service deliveries to SMEs, security services, telephony and documentation services. We're really pleased about the competence we're gaining through this acquisition, and hope to be able to keep contributing to developing the company's customers and people," commented Mats Jönsson, CEO and President of Coor Service Management.

The acquisition is conditional on approval from the Swedish and Norwegian competition regulators. The parties expect the deal to be concluded in December.

"Addici previously had some profitability problems that have now been rectified, which means it's the right time to look for a long-term ownership solution for the company. Coor Service Management is a stable FM provider with a good reputation, who will be able to keep developing Addici's business, people and customers very positively," commented John Dueholm, Chairman of Addici, which is currently owned by Danske Bank.
