SAS selects Coor as its Scandinavian service partner again

Coor will continue to develop and deliver integrated FM services to SAS in Denmark, Norway and Sweden for another six years or so. The total contract value is at least SEK 1,150 m.

This new agreement means that Coor will continue to deliver and develop service delivery to SAS's 15,000 employees and to the company's offices and facilities across Scandinavia. This new agreement has a six-year term, and consists of a fixed subscription and additional ancillary services and projects ordered as required.

In the forthcoming contract period, Coor will continue to identify and execute savings, but also focus on developing and harmonizing delivery and working methods to create a consistent Scandinavian customer-oriented service delivery process.

FM services are delivered to all SAS offices and facilities in Scandinavia, but concentrated at Kastrup, Gardermoen and Arlanda airports. Service delivery is on a broad footing, covering soft and hard FM services such as buildings maintenance, energy, security, reception and telephonist services, staff restaurants and projects.

"We need a service partner that is responsive and flexible and can tailor its delivery to the situation SAS is in. We have a cost-effective offering with continued delivery development," said Bjørn Frivold, President of SAS Group Facilities Management.

Coor started its partnership with SAS in 2008 when the first agreement was signed.
