Coor and Statoil Fuel & Retail expand collaboration
Coor Service Management has signed a new four-year deal with Statoil Fuel & Retail to develop and deliver IFM (integrated facilities management) services to Statoil Fuel & Retail’s offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland. The agreement and consolidates Coor’s status as the leading provider of integrated services.
Statoil Fuel & Retail is one of Europe’s leading fuel companies. The agreement means Statoil Fuel & Retail extending its collaboration with Coor in Sweden and Denmark, and outsourcing its service operations in Norway and Poland to Coor. This agreement may be extended by two years.
“We’re delighted that our collaboration with Statoil Fuel & Retail is being extended and expanded. This underscores how Statoil Fuel & Retail sees the value in integrating responsibility for services on a single provider, thus creating consistency between countries. We’ll keep developing service delivery alongside Statoil Fuel & Retail,” commented Mats Jönsson, Coor’s President and CEO.
Within this integrated service delivery, Coor will be responsible for services including security, staff restaurants, dispensing machines, reception, cleaning, post and goods management and property services for some 1,600 Statoil Fuel & Retail employees.
The agreement will mean Statoil Fuel & Retail’s service employees in Norway being offered employment with Coor. Coor’s current staff and subcontractors will be delivering services to Statoil Fuel & Retail in Denmark, Sweden and Poland.
