Coor becomes Fortum’s service provider in Sweden and Finland

This assignment means Coor assuming complete responsibility for delivering the services Fortum needs for its office workplaces, real estate and power stations—approximately 200 sites in Sweden and Finland. Services include workplace (soft FM) and property (hard FM) services—such as switchboard, reception, postal services, conference services, cleaning and restaurants, as well as property maintenance and technical installations.

The agreement between Coor and Fortum consists of a fixed subscription and additional supplementary services that are ordered as required. The fixed subscription has a total value of some SEK 320 m. The agreement will run for five years and there is an additional three-year extension option.

Coor will be delivering services using existing Coor staff, but this will also involve some new hirings. Some services will be delivered using subcontractors.
