Kemira Kemi AB extends agreement with Coor Service Management
Coor Service Management (Coor) has signed a five-year agreement with Kemira Kemi AB. This agreement involves Coor delivering and developing a range of IFM and industrial services at Kemira's plant in Helsingborg, southern Sweden. This new agreement will run for five years and its estimated total value during the contract term is SEK 500 m.
Kemira Kemi AB is part of the Kemira group, a global water chemistry company with sales of over EUR 2 billion. Coor has developed and delivered its services close to Kemira Kemi AB's operations since 2010. The current agreement expires in fall 2013, but the parties have now agreed to extend their partnership for another five years. This new agreement means that Coor will keep delivering and developing industrial, workplace (soft FM) and property (hard FM) services at Kemira's Helsingborg production facility.

Services include technical services, project management and design, a design service, security and cleaning. The new agreement becomes effective on 1 April 2013.
