Kristina Schauman becomes a new Board member of Coor Service Management

In an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 30 March Kristina Schauman was elected as a full member of Coor Service Management’s Board of Directors, where she will also take the role as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Kristina Schauman, born in 1965, is a graduate in Business Administra-tion & Economics from Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden). She was formerly CFO of companies including OMX, Carnegie and Apoteket AB, and Head of Treasury,Finance of Investor AB. She currently runs her own consulting firm, and is a Board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of BillerudKorsnäs, ÅF, Orexo AB and Apoteket AB, as well as being a Board member of Livförsäkringsbolaget Skandia.

Apart from Kristina Schauman, the Board of Directors of Coor Service Management consists of the following members: Anders Narvinger (Chairman), Søren Christensen (owner’s representative), Brian Linden (owner’s representative), Mikael Stöhr (CEO and President of Coor Service Man-agement), Mats Jönsson (independent of the company and management) and Bernt Magnusson (independent of the company and management), as well as employee representatives.
