All Coor operations now certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

For a number of years, Coor has opted to certify its operations according to international environmental and quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Coor has held global certification since 2013, which means that all operations are covered by an umbrella certificate. To date, all operations have been included under these certificates with the exception of the Danish business, which has not been encompassed by the quality certification.

“The advantage of ISO certification is that it demonstrates clearly that we’re working in a structured and consistent manner, and that our operations are orderly. Because we’ve been working with Coor’s group-wide management system for some time, the integration process for quality certification was relatively straightforward for us,” commented Jorgen Utzon, President of Coor in Denmark.

Following the inclusion of Coor Denmark, 100% of Coor’s operations are now certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Coor was one of the first major listed companies in the Nordics to adopt the new ISO standard. In this video, Mikael Stöhr, Coor’s President and CEO, explains what this means for Coor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXuSqEquksY.
