Scanning documents and interpreting the contents streamlines your document management and business process management, as all information becomes available digitally. The captured information can be processed automatically in systems for digital invoice processing, business process registration etc.

In addition to the document scanning that takes place at our customers' premises, Coor also has a proprietary scanning and interpretation facility. The premises are optimized for large-scale scanning, and we scan millions of documents for a large number of major customers each year.

We assist our customers in the digitalization of paper documents such as supplier invoices, agreements, forms etc., by scanning documents. Search terms and data are captured immediately, or registered in connection with manual corrections and quality control processes. Alongside the interpreted data, documents are then sent to our e-archive, Arkinet, or the customer's own system, where they are stored digitally and become available for further processing. After scanning has been completed, the documents are sent for physical archiving.
