Our clients place high demands on quality, efficiency and delivery reliability, and to ensure our service delivery meets these requirements, we have chosen to secure quality and environmental certification for our operations in accordance with the international ISO standards. We also fulfil the requirements regarding relevant standards in a number of important service and product areas.

Coor committing to Science Based Targets initiative

Coor has decided to commit to Science Based Targets initiative to set climate targets in line with limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C.

Coor is now taking an strategically important step and committing to Science Based Targets initiative as part of Coor’s agenda in being an environmentally responsible company.

“To join SBTi  is the right thing to do and a natural step to take in line with our high ambitions to become a truly sustainable company. It demonstrates our commitment in taking responsibility but also to create new business opportunities”, says AnnaCarin Grandin, president and CEO of Coor.

Coor is now starting the validation process to make sure that our targets comply with the SBTi’s criteria.

“Coor’s service delivery creates emissions in our supply chain and in the use of our services and acting on that, with the basis in SBTi, will be key in sustainable business going forward”, says AnnaCarin Grandin.

Coor aims to promote responsible consumption and reduced emissions by actively helping to minimise its customers’ environmental impact. We are optimizing our customer’s energy use through SmartEnergy, and chemical-free cleaning is becoming increasingly common in our customer contracts. Coor supports research on sustainability and food and we work with circular business models for sustainability at all stages and reuse wherever possible. These are just a few of several examples of the positive environmental impact that Coor’s sustainability management activities have for our customers.

Quality- Environment- and Health & Safety globally certified business

Coor has developed a standardized service delivery process that guarantees professional and quality-assured service provision, but which can also be tailored to the needs of individual customers. 

This management system is the backbone of Coor's quality work, which is examined and audited by the external certification body Det Norske Veritas, DNV-GL. All our operations are certified via a global certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

Coor’s Danish operation also holds quality certification from Danish sector organization SBA, evidence that Coor Denmark conducts ethical and responsible business.

Coor holds a global ISO 14001:2015 certification. The company´s management system for environmental work can be found on the intranet. The operations have been audited by the external certification body Det Norske Veritas, DNV-GL.

Coor has a zero vision for work-related accidents and works to ensure that all employees have a good and safe working environment. As part of developing and strengthening this work, Coor has been certified according to the management system ISO 45001: 2018. A certification that focuses on health and safety, which aims to secure how a company works with work environment issues and which guarantees a professional and quality-assured work environment work.

The Coor Group has a global ISO 45001: 2018 certificate, to which all operations in the Group are affiliated. The operations have been revised by the external certification company Det Norske Veritas, DNV-GL.
