A safe workplace
Coor has a zero tolerance approach to accidents at work and focuses closely on health and safety. We have a vision of zero personal injuries at work. No one who works at Coor should be at risk of injury. We deliver a large volume of services in different environments, which means that the risks vary and that our HSEQ work needs to be adapted to suit the conditions of the various workplaces. In order to ensure a high level of risk and safety awareness throughout our operations, Coor has implemented a group-wide safety platform for its employees, including a shared attitude:
- Think before acting: We always carry out a risk assessment before starting an assignment.
- Protect yourself: We always use the available protective clothing and equipment.
- Report incidents: We always report risk observations, incidents, personal injury and unsafe behavior.
- Remind each other: We remind each other about the importance of focusing on safety in our day-to-day work.
