Many of our clients operate in different locations and/or countries. They expect that we use a similar approach and deliver the same high level of quality throughout. Actively working on a common corporate culture is therefore important to us.

A common platform

Regardless of what tasks they perform, all employees have a common aim – to provide excellent service to our clients. We must adopt a smart approach and consider how we can be better at what we do. Our common ambition is to constantly improve our service to our customers. Suggestions for improvements and new solutions are something that everyone can contribute with, and we have adopted a common method for making the most of all your ideas.

Improvements to our corporate culture are made on the basis of our three guiding stars and our Code of Conduct. Our guiding stars are our values. They form the basis for how we conduct ourselves at work – both towards our customers and towards each other.
