Coor publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm
Coor Service Management Holding AB (“Coor”) has on 21 February 2024 issued senior unsecured bonds in an initial aggregate amount of SEK 1,000 million within an aggregate framework of SEK 2,000 million (the “Bonds”).
In accordance with the terms of the Bonds, Coor has undertaken to apply for admission of the Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm. Accordingly, Coor has prepared a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today. The prospectus is available on Coor’s website [link to website] and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se. The application for admission to trading has been submitted and the first day of trading in the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or around 22 March 2024.
